They were able to come out the same day about two hours from my call to service my AC and do a cleaning. Considering it is summertime the busiest time of the year I was extremely appreciative. The first tech came out and my system was too iced up to diagnose. They came out a SECOND time in the same day to service the AC. I was only charged one service call and Kyle the technician determined that the system did not need a cleaning and saved me money by only charging what I needed. Thank you so much. I think their prices are reasonable when they could easily charge more when someone is desperate. When my AC finally does need to be replaced you will be the company I call. Thanks again to Caleb and Kyle. They were extremely professional, honest and answer all of my questions.

They came out the same day I called them about my AC unit not cooling. They tested it and found an external leak. Luckily it was an easy fix, but they were very honest about the repair. Got it up and working in less than an hour. Great, friendly staff!

They came to repair a rental property. The tech was told it is always a breaker under the house. He replaced a thermostat then had to come back the next day to fix the breaker. The thermostat had been replaced three months earlier and wont work if breaker is off. They never called me to okay any work or tell me what they were doing. The bill went to rental house for months until post office asked me if it should go to business where they had sent bills in past. When I called them and told them they should adjust the 2 call outs they said tech could not remember. When I told them I would pay the bill and not use them again he said we dont want customer who dont pay their bill and then hung up on me.
Response from the owner
On Sunday August 5, 2018, Mr. D. called for an after hours service call for his rental property. He was informed that the call would be $125.00 for diagnostic plus the cost of repairing the unit. We repaired the equipment and billed Mr. D. to the only address we have on record. We billed in August, September, October and November with no reply of any kind. In December we sent him a letter to the same address that we had on file stating that we would take him to small claims court if we did not receive payment. He contacted us finally by phone on 12/12/2018. He stated that he had not received any bills and that even though we repaired his unit he felt like that we had overcharged him. He also told our service manager that he was not going to pay the bill. It is our intention to still take Mr. D. to small claims court if he does not pay the bill in full.
