I've called these folks for a couple different needs. Last time, I punctured a water line in the ceiling on a Sunday. Quentin came out on-call, was professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and had the line repaired in under 30 minutes :) thanks a lot

Over four months of Brent making commitments that he did not keep and indifference when I tried to communicate with them. I have tried repeatedly to give them the benefit of doubt as they came highly recommended. In the end it’s seems quite inconsiderate and unkind.

These guys have always done good work have been professional prices have been fair. I have used them numerous times on different projects for many years without disappointment. That is not to say that I have never had any issues, but the issues have been very few and far between and they have been quick to take responsibility and resolve any problems. They have also been very generous with their time and giving me information and advice. I wish everybody was this good.
These guys set the standard for plumbers in Cheyenne.

Brent's has always been there for us with excellent service whether we have an emergency or in doing home improvements. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get the job done quickly and correctly by friendly, knowledgeable people.

Extremely poor work, didn't fix the problem.  When contacted to set up an appointment to come back and fix the problem they are unavailable, then
they show up unannounced, and try to barge into my home. Then when told, this isn't a good time, they immediately leave without making any attempt to set up an appointment. When calling their office, they will not return your call.

Brent at Brent's Pluming is a stand up person with morals and integrity. Everyone has good days and bad days but I can tell you for sure this is the guy you want to deal with when things don't go as planned. He is incredibly fair and level headed. Cheyenne has a lot of great plumbers and Brent's is at the top of the list.

This company has the best customer service we could ask for. Everyone that works here is extremely nice and is good at their job. They went out of their way to put us in the schedule before they even had an opening. After getting a runaround with a corporate company (who we had our warranty with) we decided to take our business to Brent's because we have had their services before. This company will always be our first call! I highly recommend.

We've used Brent's Plumbing for running a gas line into the kitchen for a gas range and also running gas to the dryer.  They were in and out in just a few hours one day.  It was excellent work, and I have been happy with the result.  They came highly recommended and did not disappoint!

Great service and great work! Very friendly and efficient. Good price for the work. Trustworthy...returned two days later when something wasn't working right and fixed it immediately. Definitely plan on using for future plumbing needs
