  Absolutely the best AC and Heating repair in the area. They have been our repair go to for almost 25 years and the service is impeccable and outstanding would not think of calling anyone else. We have had 3 homes and a business they are quick to respond and do it right the first time. They are great

  First of all , Brenham h&a sucks! I called for a tech to come out and i was able to duplicate the concern and knew the exact time of the first failure on AC failure .I turned my heater on for the first time, since about this time last year. I was doing a pre check on my heating system before it started getting cold. when i turned it off and switched back to AC , the unit stopped cooling , followed by iced up evaporator. The tech that came to my residence spent about 2 hrs diagnosing the evaporator unit in my attic . After exhausting all of his efforts to find the cause of the problem, he told me that there was two problems (whoopsie, no such thing. i mean yes but rarely). "1, i think your low on freon but you have a different kind of freon than normal. So i have to go back to our shop and do some research and find that out for sure. And 2, you have multiple kinds of freon and the mixture is just not working right. But i'll talk to my boss about it and we will give you a call." i said ,"well did you find a leak ?" "No, not yet." Hmmm... Then i get a rude phone call from boss man next day pretty much saying that it's my fault that the ac isn't working because i " have had multiple company's come and service my Unit. And that's why there's multiple kinds of freon in the unit. " there has only been 1 company i've been calling for the past 20 years and it WAS brenham H&A . The guy didn't even give me a chance to talk. As i tried to speak , he would over power my voice and continue talking as if i wasn't even talking at all. I felt so insulted , I told him Iwould give him a call back after I decided wether or not I wanted to continue doing business with their company after I apperantly ""cheated" on them. 2 days later i got a $430 bill in the mail and my AC still isn't fixed. 😮 I cant make this up, a sad but true story. Needless to say that there not getting a red cent until I see some results!

  We have used Brenham Heating and Air since we moved to the area, and they have been amazing! Nice, knowledgeable people that are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
