  Mark showed up and disconnected our central air unit. He obviously does not know what he is doing, because he cut the lines so the coolant is gone and we have to have it recharged. It is 80 degrees out, and he has not come back to reconnect. He will not return phone calls. This heat makes my wifes medical conditions worse. Real nice POS!

  TERRIBLE! Didn't know what he was doing when he disconnected our central air. Now its going to cost $1500 or more to fix!
