  I have been receiving assistance from the agency. I have to absolutely say that MELISSA is amazing! She has helped me learn to budget better, my car recently broke down & I have had assistance w bus passes & I am so so happy & gracious for all their assistance! Melissa you are doing an amazing job!!!! Thank you!!!!

  Do not! I repeat do not! count on this organization to help you if you live in Montgomery County. I called about help with a utility bill and the waiting list is 120 days or longer. Why even consider yourself a organization that help people?
