I asked for a paticular part, was given a genaric part that can be configured for many products. I questioned several times as I knew it was an obsleate part. Was assured I would recieve the part I was asking for. When I did not they refused to refund my money and refused to take the part back. It took presistance on my part to get them to take it back. The had 3 of the same item on the counter. They could have sold it to someone that wanted that part. I never recieved my money refunded. Will never return there.
