  They designed and installed my new construction HVAC 6 years ago and did a very good job. Their repairman was here last week only one day after I called to report the AC stopped working. He replaced a bad capacitor (under warranty so free) and left after checking pressures etc.. He came back 2 weeks later after the AC again stopped. The problem turned out to be a damper that hung up intermittently so hard to detect. He did not charge anything for the 2nd service visit. This outfit is great.

  Awesome customer service!! AC died this week after hours, of course. Left a message on the answering service Tues evening. Received a call from Kevin at Bragg at 8:15 Wed a.m. with him saying they wouldn't be able get out until...I'm expecting him to say several days here...3 p.m. that day! Service tech came out at 3 and house was cool by the time I arrived home from work!! BTW, this type of service after having allowed our regular semi-annual maintenance contract to lapse during COVID! Great job, Bragg!!👍👍
