Bradley, David and Collin performed the work. Very polite and professional. They were a pleasure. Installation went smoothly. All old equipment was taken and clean up was satisfactory. Hopefully we’ll be very happy going forward with our new system. Also salesman Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful. At this point, we couldn’t be more pleased.

When I called, they offered me an appointment for next day, or an after hours service tonight for a $60 fee. I took the after hours fee, but when someone became available early, they came out and saved me that fee. Mike Bates serviced my water heater. The pilot light had gone out, and he found the part that had broke and needed to be replaced. He already had the needed part in his truck ready to go, and quickly fixed the water heater. He was very respectful and took the time to show me how to reset a pilot light (first time homeowner here). He tested for leaks and made sure everything was good to go before he left. Great service, and made sure I got the best price. I would highly recommend Mike Bates and Bradley Mechanical, and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Bradley Mechanical responded to our electrical problem immediately, and the guys were efficient and went above and beyond to solve our problem. We’re so pleased we started using their services last year when we sought a whole house emergency generator. They were the only company who could help at that time and they were efficient, thorough, and super friendly. We’d recommend them for any of your mechanical needs.
