  Very professional, thorough, and efficient. Could not be more pleased with the job they did checking out our deep freeze for potential issues. Definitely the folks to call should you have any problems.

  In the dead heat of summer my AC stopped working. Called some local hvac companies and they all said the unit checked out. The inside 90 degree temp said otherwise. I called Brackett’s and he came out prompt and found the problems right away and got us back cooling again in no time. He worked around my schedule and let me know what the problem was every step of the way. I know that I can call and I will be taken care of. Most other local companies are either lazy, incompetent, or both. Don’t waste your time trying someone else, trust me.
