  Called Boyer had my furnace not working. Had a live person answer the phone. They were very responsive getting a Tech out the same day to look at my furnace. Jordan (the Tech) was very pleasant and answered my questions very patiently. I would highly recommend them and will continue using their service in the future.

  I called Boyer Heating & Cooling to get a quote to install AC in my home. Toby called me back right away and came out the same day. Not only did he talk about my AC needs but when I told him about a strange noice my heater made he said they could fix that too.The quote came the next day, parts were ordered and within the week the install guys came out. I am very pleased with the service I was given and the timely manner in which the job was performed. My heater is working perfectly, my AC is ready for the summer and the new thermostat is installed! I would recommend Boyer to anyone that needs new installation or repair!!

  Technician came out to look at our heater which wasn't working correctly. He diagnosed it as having a cracked heat exchanger without any sort of internal inspection or device. And then, without our knowledge, he completely disabled the heater and told us it needed to be replaced. This was in 30 degree weather. We called another company to come out - their tech had a diagnostic scope, did the internal inspection and did NOT find any cracks or other serious issues. He did some minor repair and put the furnace back into service. Beware using this company!
