  Boxley Hill is the worse clinic ever, I could never get an appointment when I needed one, so I end up going to Med Express across the road from this clinic. I had to do this many times. This facility does not care for their patients, Dr. Crookshanks is always too busy to see you and is always trying to sell you treatments you don’t need. Also, she likes to push vaccines that you don’t need, sometimes at an out of pocket cost to the patient because the insurance does not cover the cost. I can’t warn you enough; if you need a doctor you are better off going to Med Express, they have walk-in service without appointments and have very professional and efficient medical care. I ran out of medication and could not get an appointment for a refill; the medication was Paxil, the withdrawal symptoms from this medication are terrible, people can get severe neurological damage from stopping the medication without proper medical supervision. Dr. Crookshanks didn't care; she could not see me for 5 minutes for a refill. Thanks again to Med Express, they gave me a refill on the spot otherwise I could be severely ill from the lack of medication and the withdrawal symptoms.

  There was no receptionist at the desk to greet us when we entered or to direct us in any way. Was rudely told I cannot accompany my husband back, that it was "sharon's preference" that I stay in the waiting room. I have never been told that I was not aloud back at any othet doctors office before. We will definitely not be coming back.

  Long wait for appointments. Took me minumum of a month just to get a physical. Staff is bad with blood draws. Made me set up a second appointment and wait over an hour just to get the results of my lab work.
