  This is our first time using Bowers and it was a great experience. Nick made sure all of the issues with our furnace were resolved, talked me through each repair and was professional, courteous and friendly. I found the cost to be right in line with the service we received.

  I called late in the afternoon to schedule a regular check-up on our furnace. I was surprised they were able to have someone come over the next day. The technician showed up first thing the next morning. Maintenance was performed promptly and professionally, and the technician also explained several things about the humidifier that I was unaware of. The cost of the service was very reasonable. I have been using Bowers Heating and Cooling for installing and maintaining our furnace and air conditioner for over 20 years, and have always been pleased with their service.

  I called Bowers Heating before they opened. Within in 30 minutes I got a call back. She told me she would contact a service tech and have someone at our house before 8:30am. Trent called me back at 8:05 and I explained the problem. By 9:00am Trent called me back and explained the problem and that the heat was working again. Quick, efficient, professional, trustworthy.
