  A few weeks ago during unusual cold weather, I, a disabled veteran, experienced oil furnace issues. I contacted Bower Heating and was scheduled for an emergency inspection. Initial inspection indicated that the furnace plate, well over 50 years old, was dangerously worn and beyond repair. Bower Heating promptly arranged to send out a supervisor who once again assessed the situation and made arrangements while he was here to locate a new compatible oil furnace replacement. Before supervisor left he again contacted Bower Heating personnel to make sure my heat pump was operating properly so as to keep the inside temperature at a comfortable temperature until the new unit arrived. The new unit arrived promptly. Installers not only replaced, and hauled away the old furnace, but also made necessary repairs to insure the safe and efficient use of new oil furnace.. They took additional time to make sure I knew how to set the thermostat properly for both winter and summer. The entire staff at Bower Heating including the receptionist, inspector(s), and installers were ALL TRUE professionals concerned about my safety and well being. If anyone ever needs heating/heat pump or air conditioning needs I HIGHLY recommend Bower Heating. A Five Star ⭐️ Company.   My wife reached out on FB for recommendations and Bower was highly recommended naming Technician Zeke specifically. My wife scheduled an appointment and we were surprised at how soon they were able to respond. They notified us of the time they would be there and they we’re punctual. We were very impressed with Zeke. He was professional and polite and remained patient as I attempted to, in layman’s terms, describe our issue. In a very short time he diagnosed and repaired our furnace and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Bower and request Zeke if you call on them.

  My heating system, that is located in the attic, stopped working and needed to be repaired as soon as possible. They got me scheduled fast and were able to come the same day due to a cancellation. They came out to just get me an estimate and within 30 minutes the heater was fixed for just the service fee and labor cost. They were friendly and very professional, even stopping to pet my dogs who were excited to see them. This is a company that I will continue to give my business to.
