My technician was outstanding!! He came in the evening around 7 and I could see he was tired from working all day. He wore his mask which I appreciated. He was very polite and courteous. He checked out our nearly new unit and figured out it was not the unit but a problem in the breaker box which he resolved. I was very appreciative that he kept looking for the problem even when it was not obvious what was going on and restored our heating ability. Very impressed with this young man. A-Andres is an outstanding technician!!

Customer service person was very polite and got someone to my home within an hour on a Saturday morning. The technician was a nice young man who immediately figured out my problem and had it fixed, also in an hour's time. I went from having no air conditioning in my home on a Saturday morning to having a technician get here, fix my issue and was on his way to his next appointment all within a two hour period! I'm not sure customer care gets much better than that! Right On, Bounds!

Bounds is always responsive by phone, easy to deal with, very good value, always on time. They installed our new AC/Heating and do maintenance twice a year and if we have any problems they quickly take care of it. Highly recommend them!
