  I am never disappointed with Bounds. Their service contract is WELL WORTH IT!! Will was my most recent tech and he spent over 3 hours cleaning everything up and talking through my options in my new home. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable! If I said I needed anything or needed something priced out, he had it or could have it quickly. Thank you for caring and doing such a great job, Will!!

  Came out to repair a broken fan. Ran diagnostics on the whole system and gave me a repair cost and an estimate to replace everything at my request (20 year old system). No pressure sales. Came out 2 days later and replaced everything. Nice clean install and made sure everything worked properly. Cleaned up nicely before leaving. Everyone was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I can see why they have so many positive reviews. Great job guys!

  I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review, but Bounds did a great job and had such good customer service, I had to give them a shout out. After they heard we had a newborn baby, they showed up with a whole basket of gifts for us. They were prompt on the job, and there was one minor issue that had to be corrected and was done quickly and at no charge to us. Appreciate the thoughtfulness and thorough job!
