  Used this company out of recommendation from our realtor. When we did the walkthrough of the house, all was well explained and done thoroughly from the inspector. He even went over on how to fix those issues if that’s the route you wanted to take (if the fix was small that is). I really appreciated the inspectors information and laid out explanations. He even offered to help later down the road with questions and explanations. It really eased my mind in what needs to happen next for my first home buying experience.

  As a first time home buyer it was so reassuring that Curt was so professional and thorough that I did not have to worry about him missing a thing. The time he set aside for him and I to walk through cemented a feeling that I would recommend him and his company to anyone no matter if you're a first time homebuyer or a well seasoned buyer.
