I have been a client of Borden Heating & Cooling for almost 20 years. Their service is reliable and prompt. I've never had to wait for them to arrive for a scheduled appointment and if I need major repairs done, the estimates are competitive and always invoiced as quoted. Many of the same technicians I met 20 years ago are still working for Matthew Borden and I look forward to catching up with them during my yearly Spring and Fall check-ups. I think this speaks volumes about the loyalty that Matt has on his team. I would highly recommend Borden Heating & Cooling; they are among the best in the business!

We have been using Matt Borden for at least a decade. Previously we had been using some other company (which I will not name) to install and maintain our systems. That company came out one day to do a repair and told us we needed a whole new system. Not knowing anything about HVAC systems, but knowing how well we maintained them, we doubted that assessment. It was then that we called Matt Borden to get a "second opinion". Matt Borden told us we did not need a new system, made the repair, replacing an inexpensive part. From that point forward we used Matt Borden to maintain our systems and we got at least another seven years out of the existing system! (The previous company was clearly trying to sell us a bill of goods.) When the time finally did came, we had Matt Borden install the new one with which we are very pleased. Matt Borden's crew do great work, they are always friendly, professional and respectful. They have proven themselves to be worthy of our trust and we would (and have) recommend them to everyone!

Matt Borden and his crew are the high priests of HVAC! I've been working with them for what now must be close to 20 years, and they've never let me down. They always show up on time, finish on schedule, do excellent work and give reliable advice. I'd never consider using another company.
