They NEVER answer the phone. I had to drive out there just to get some answers on a ticket. The worst inconvinience ever because its a small town and the majority of the people who get traffic tickets are from out of town like me for example. My drive was from Arlington Tx, to This Government office. The only excuse the clerk could give me was “we must have been at lunch” or “Its hectic during holiday season” . Yea right, I had been calling since November. Set up a voice mail atleast!
