  We called them to come and fix our air on Fripp when the thermostat read 92 degrees in our house! They sent one man out who said it was the capacitor and he changed it and then he left and it went down to 91 degrees and never any further! We called them back a few hours later and they sent two more men out that evening- now 92 degrees in our house again- and they said the whole duct work would have to be replaced and then they left telling us they would quote a price and time to return to fix in the morning! After 4 phones calls from me to them in the morning, finally by 11:00 am they call to tell me they could repair the air in our house in 5 weeks??? I asked them what I was supposed to do in 92 degrees for the next 5 weeks and they did not seem to care? I then got off the phone and called Carolina Air who came out immediately and said it was the fan motor and changed the motor in our fan and we have been 72 degrees ever since? Now, consider this, 3 men came from Bootle and could not see all it was was the fan motor-this was unacceptable and very unprofessional and no, they did not give me back the $300 they charged me to do nothing to fix our air! I had to pay another service fee and $600 to get it fixed, but at least it was fixed that day and had nothing to do with capacitor or duct work-so be careful with this company! 3 men and 3 wrong diagnoses!
