  Not having much experience with furnace problems, I expected the worst. However, I called Boohers, they immediately sent someone out. He got to my house, diagnosed the problem, went back to the shop to get the new motor I needed, came back to my house, fixed the problem, and was gone, ALL within 40 minutes from the time I called. Fantastic service.

  I have called this business twice; once a few weeks ago and once last year. Both times, I was told I would be added to a list, and would receive a call back when they got around to me. Both times, I never received a call back. Not sure how this company is so highly rated when they do business this way. Completely unprofessional.

  Ray came out with our estimate including several options & was very knowledgeable. Once we decided on which one best suited us, I gave Mary a call & they got started the next day. The installation technicians were very friendly & courteous. They got the job done quickly & were very efficient. I would highly recommend Booher's Tin Shop for any heating or cooling needs!
