Out furnace went out and we were able to get someone to come out that day to check it out. They were able to come out the following day and replace our whole system. Everyone we spoke with at the company was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be recommending Bone Heating and Cooling.

I have used Bone Heating & Cooling in the past to replace my AC & Coil, so when our furnace quit working I gave them a call. They were able to send out a technician the same day and diagnose the problem. After weighing the options for repair, we decided to have the furnace replaced since it was 17 years old. They were able to get a replacement installed within one day and even offered to help with an alternative heating source since the temperature at night was going to be in the single digits. I had two technicians, one for the diagnosis and another for the installation. Both gentlemen were extremely friendly and empathetic to the situation. The professionalism is top notch from the time we called up until the time the job is complete and they leave. Everything was cleaned up and they left the area like nothing had ever happened. I have trusted Bone Heating and Cooling for many years now, and this latest engagement has only solidified my confidence in them. Thank you very much for getting us going again!

My husband and I have been using this company for a long time! We can’t say enough good things about these folks: Starting from professionalism of answering the phone and scheduling an appointment, keeping us posted on the arrival time, having a professional and friendly attitude, getting things fixed quickly, and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Austin and Jeff are the best technicians out there! Thank You guys!
