  It was a pleasure working with Bolts Heating and Cooling LLC. The technician, David, called me when he was headed to my house and then called me again 15 minutes before his arrival. He was on time, quickly assessed the issues, and completed the repair in a timely manner. They were recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

  I called Bolts Heating and Cooling because my upstairs heat stopped working on this frigid day. The technician called me and asked if he can come out sooner than the appointed time which was great. He took off his shoes before entering, cleaned up the stairwell mess he made from a ceiling ladder pull out, and found the problem quickly. He’s very personable and helpful. Highly recommend.

  I just had a great experience with Bolts Heating and Cooling LLC yesterday. Josh was here some days before the installation to inspect on my furnace. He found that our heating coil had cracks in it and was considered unsafe. I immediately started the process of installing a new one. He was so helpful with the selection of a better unit and gave great advice. The installation work was great and very clean and I didn't have to clean up after them once they were gone. All in all a GREAT experience. I would highly recommend Bolts Heating and Cooling LLC to anyone!!!
