Great person answered the phone and was very helpful getting me an appt same day.  They promised a text would come 20 minutes before arrival and it did!  Ethan was very polite and friendly.  He got our furnace up and running in no time!  Will definitely call them again if needed!

I was so hoping that this business was going to work. We are new to the area, and want to support local businesses. Unfortunately, We did not have a good experience. We had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. We scheduled for 9/3 and were told that they would come between 1-3. On the day of the appointment I had not heard anything by 2:30, so decided to call and just make sure we were still on for the appointment. I had to leave a message, and nobody called me back. I called again at 3 having not heard from anyone, and was told that the technician had just finished his last appt and should be arriving soon. By 3:20, I hadn't heard from anyone, and called AGAIN. I was told that they had not heard back from the technician. So, I cancelled the appointment, because I had already wasted my entire day. If they had just given me a couple of updates, as most service companies who schedule you in a time frame do, I might not have been so upset. So, I do not recommend Boldt's to anyone.

After getting the run around from another company.  I finally called Boldts Plumbing.  The gentleman showed up the next day.  He was amazing.  Cleaned up anything left over from the job.  He was professional and courteous and the price was fair.  I so appreciated their service in my home

I would recommend! They unclogged our drain and there was a smell issue after... Dale the owner came out on a Saturday free of charge and walked us through how to get the smell out. Drains work well! Thank you! Good hearted, honest people.

Love this company! Although heating and plumbing issues aren’t fun to deal with they make it a pleasent experience. I have a very old house and they are very knowledgeable in what they do. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the area. Worked with them three times in the last two years and have been very impressed.

I've used this company for more than 38 years. They did the plumbing and heating when I built this place, and have always been satisfied with the work performed.   During those years I've had to have them perform some rather serious maintenance work (new sewer mandated by gov't), replace deteriorating water piping etc., and I've only had to call them back maybe twice in all those years for some followup adjustment/correction - and that was done promptly and well.
