  Thanks, Ann, for being conscientious and knowledgeable!! I called at 10am on Tuesday for an oil delivery for my elderly parents. The oil was delivered within 4-5 hours. Now that's EXCEPTIONAL!!

  I called at 3PM Thursday to let them know my tank is at 1/8 and I would like a fill up. By 7:30AM Friday the tank was full and I only had 14 gallons left! Bogue is always there when I need them.

  Every time I call, the same person (sounds like the same woman) has the same unfriendly demeanor. Pallet looks better already. I’d even pay a bit more for better customer service.
