I was very impressed by their response time and ability to get the job done on such short notice. From Barbara, who took my call to schedule the appointment - to Cesar and the crew that showed up to clean the vents, everyone provided great service and were very professional. I really appreciated their thoroughness and cleanliness in getting the job done. I would recommend their services and will be using them in the future!

We hired Bogdan for a service call for our HVAC and humidifier. The next day we had a massive water leak that destroyed our ceiling drywall. Bogdan refused to take responsibility for his work and mistakes and said that it was “condensation” and that we needed to replace our whole HVAC system which he would happily do for $5K. I found him to be very dishonest and untrustworthy.

I’m sorry that you didn’t feel that we gave you a 5-star service. It’s our goal every time. I note that there are inconsistencies in your review and what actually took place. On 12/1 your wife called and asked to service your leaking humidifier in the attic and discuss prices for a second humidifier in the basement. Your wife agreed for our certified technician (10 years experience) to come out on 12/6. By your wife’s own admission the leak has been happening for awhile. He assessed you HVAC system was over 20 years old and that the humidifier was improperly installed yet still functioning. He did not see an active leak. Your wife said that you have another company servicing your HVAC equipment and that you only need us to check out the humidifier. My technician cleaned the humidifier and replaced the humidifier pad. Total of $145. He did not touch the Furnace or any HVAC components. Your wife only requested work on the Humidifier. Your wife wanted to get the air ducts cleaned and my team was able to get it done for you the same day. I received a text message from her saying she was very happy and will be positing a 5 star review. On 12/7 we received a call from your wife indicating that the ceiling is wet and that there is a damage. Both the technician and myself as the owner (20+ years of experience) went to the property. The humidifier area was DRY. For two hours we both attempted to locate any source of the leaks in the Furnace area. We clamped certain hoses, replaced certain connectors, etc. Since it is a 20+ year old system, we did not attempt to remove it or take it apart without compromising the system. It appeared that the leaks were coming from the furnace exhaust and the old, corroded drip pan as it was no longer functioning properly. We did what we could to prevent any future leaks. I personally showed your wife the condition of this unit, all corroded areas, and that this unit was on “its last legs.” I told your wife that she could call my liability insurance; our humidifier tune-up was not the cause of this leak. Again, the humidifier area (around the unit and on the plywood) was dry! After two hours worth of work, we left, and charged $0 for this call. Same day you called me and despite having no HVAC experience yourself, insisted that it must be the humidifier’s fault and not the 20+ year old furnace. Again, I patiently explained everything (as I had to your wife) that it was not the humidifier. I further suggested that you get a second opinion from another company. I also informed you that you can file a claim through my insurance. On 12/9, we again texted your wife to ask if everything is ok and if any new leaks have showed up. She responded “there have been no leaks so far everything looks good, Thank you for checking in” On 12/13 your wife called again and wanted to move forward with the installation of the steam humidifier. She asked for a discount because of the leak issue. The equipment alone is $1000 and we quoted the job for $1400 (normally $1500). Your wife said that she would speak with you and let us know. On 12/17 we received a 1-star review from you. The commentary contained in your review is untrue and derogatory in nature. We were not dishonest or untrustworthy. At no time did we discuss with you or your wife any new replacement prices. Especially a price of $5000 for a brand-new high efficiency HVAC system in the attic. That would barely cover the cost of the equipment. In fact, our estimates are provided in writing with specific model numbers and prices listed on the estimate form. We performed a thorough inspection of our work (photos available) and could not find any defects in our work. If we had, we would happily replace the ceiling and cure any defects. If you were this unhappy with our services, why call again on 12/13 and ask about a steam humidifier? It was only when the price did not meet your expectations, we received a negative review.
