In April 2021 we got a new unit installed. The salesman that sold us the unit ended up selling a unit that would not work with our current thermostat. The installers literally through our old unit around the attic to the point where they broke our Internet cords. I work from home, on a computer, so internet is very much so needed. The installers would not go in the attic and see if they noticed any cords were damaged so my husband had to go into the attic and ended up falling through the roof because of all the debris and stuff the installers had thrown around. I understand that this is not a clean job but throwing our old unit around our attic and all of their trash is a bit ridiculous. We had settled out our bill with them and told them we would not be paying for the drywall repair because we shouldn’t have been in the attic seeing as the cord was cut by the installers throwing the old unit on the courts. It is currently 34° outside and I just went to turn on our heat and no heat is coming out. I just called to make an appointment for tomorrow I was told that they cannot service my house because there’s a $700 balance on my account. The balance on my account is due to the drywall repair that I had to pay. I am very disappointed in this company. When you pay $7400 for a brand new unit you would expect it to one work with your thermostat and to cool your house and three heat your house. I am hoping we can get on the phone and make this right but all I got was the runaround back in April.

This homeowner signed a proposal to install a Two-Stage unit in his home. His existing thermostat and wires would allow proper operation of the unit, but was missing a conductor for "Fan Only", a mode that is not recommended to be used in this environment (Corpus Christi, TX). We provided a special solution from a reputable manufacturer, Honeywell, in order to have the "Fan Only" functionality. The Heat Kit installed DOES NOT need two heating control wires in order to function properly. This is stated in the Service Manual, which I also provided to the customer. During the installation of the unit, the internet went out. Our installer DID check for a broken internet cable in the attic, and could not find it. The customer decided to climb into the attic DURING THE INSTALL and fell through his ceiling. We did not request him to go into the attic. We offered to call the ISP. The ATT repair was free and the wire was broken internally at the modem, not sliced in the attic. All this has been explained in great detail to the customer. This customer is LYING by saying "they had me do it" in regards to the internet problem. We offered to call ATT and have the problem repaired and paid for. Also, there WILL be debris and heavy pieces being moved around in the attic. We do not THROW customer units around in the attic. We sent another tech to take pictures and any additional trash and there was little to be found. The customer then shorted us $700 of the signed contract amount, which has yet to be paid. We accept NO responsibility for the customer deciding to go into the attic and falling through his ceiling. The unit worked as intended during our last visit to the home. This customer is extremely disrespectful, cursed at multiple employees and was provided proof of licensing after claiming we were unlicensed and have no idea what we are doing. We are willing to service the unit when the original change-out equipment bill is paid in full.

Wonderful experience! My home is only 4 years old so when I found out it wasn’t heating and my thermostat wasn’t holding a charge I freaked out.. I called them first thing in the morning and they were here before my scheduled appointment. The tech was very professional. When he listened to my issue he seemed to already know what was going on…moments later my heat, ac, and thermostat are up and running. I’m so thankful the part I needed was still under warranty. Next I’ll be looking into their service plan to keep things running smooth!

We got three quotes and they were competitive to replace our very old, non balanced and "squirrel damaged" ducts. Came up with a plan, load schedule and calculations to do ducts right, returns right and add insulation to code. They said they would be out first thing Monday and they were. Said they would be here every day at 8 and they were. Said they would be done by Thursday and they were. It's nice to have a contractor do what they say and finish job promptly. When we reviewed the work: was done per the quote with no shortcuts, using the quality materials they said they were going to use. The technicians were professional and respectful and they cleaned up after themselves each day! Would use them again.
