  They are professional from getting a call back on the weekend to getting in to getting the job done. We work in the service industry and from the get go we can tell the over all character of the business. They did a great job. Professional, on time and didn't break the bank. We would recommend Boden Plumbing of Sonoma to everyone.

  They relit a pilot and left the temp on cold so it was assumed the waterheater did not stay lit and had failed, just a simple turn and we saved 500 to 2000. Hmm? Double check the work like we had too. And yes it may have been a simple mistake.

  Jerry, first off, I think you have the wrong company. We have tried searching for your name through our extensive records and we cannot find you. Secondly, when a pilot light is relit, we have to turn the temperature up to make sure the burner kicks on and all is working well. To leave it in the cold position would make no sense and not allow a full diagnosis of the issue. Thirdly, what is the point of your review? If you are insinuating that we would try and trick you into buying a water heater unnecessarily, that is slanderous and completely false. We are an honest company with morals. Is it possible to accidently leave a water heater temperature controller in the wrong position: unlikely but it does happen occasionally. Is it necessary to blast a company with a bad review for no reason : absolutely not.
