Bock services has been servicing my a/c for over 15 years. Recently my heat pump system broke down. Bock diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day. This company is very good at what they do! Highly recommend Bock Services to everyone!

Ticket #112838 and service #27413 dated 1-20-22. The first technician replaced a burnt contactor but that did not fix the issue. When I asked if it didn't fix the problem is it necessary to replace it because it was costing me 189.00. The response I was given was "I can go back out and put a burnt part back on", obviously I don't want a burnt part whether it's working or not. He then indicated there was no coolant but recanted later. He was ultimately not able to fix the issue and the following day a different technician came out. The second technician indicated he had to re-do some wiring but it was fixed. Fast forward five days and I just realized the outside unit won't turn off unless I manually apply the breaker box and on top of that when I tested the A/C (not the heat) the inside fan is now not working. I don't know what they have done to my wiring. When I called today 1-25-22 I was told they could send another technician out but that I would still have to pay the 79 dollar service charge unless I or the technician could prove the issue was because of the work they did and not a new problem. I've already paid $393.00 for a service call, contactor replacement and labor. I believe the issues are likely related and because it's been less than a week I also think it's within the bounds of acceptable customer service to not charge me another service call fee especially considering in the very invoice that I signed, the technician stated a new wire would be needed if there were any future problems (if he anticipated this why didn't he fix it and if you know this why are you trying to charge me another charge simply to drive to my location). I guess ultimately the big question is would I want to utilize this business again even if the work done was possibly their mistake or accept that I'm simply out 400 dollars and consider it an expensive lesson learned in the short run. Lastly, I wonder if my outside unit sustained any damage by running non stop for 5 days.

Prior to this review, we tried to call you several times and left a few voicemails with no reply. When you called us stating that your system was constantly running, we advised you that we could send another technician out to your home that day and that if the issue was our fault or related to your previous service call, there would not be a charge for us to come back out. The only time we would charge another service fee is if the issues occurring with your system isn't related to your original service call. We guarantee our work and have full confidence in our service technicians. Once again, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your service and if there is anything we can do for you in the future please do not hesitate to call. We value and appreciate your business.

Levi was wonderful in coming on a Saturday to assist us with our a/c. Bock Services was quick to respond and a reasonable price. When the issue got worse and we needed a new unit sooner than expected, Levi and other technicians came out the next day and installed the unit in a couple of hours. They were reasonable on the price and even took off the money we spent from that Saturday and applied it to the unit. I thought there was still an issue a week later. Hector and Garrett came out within 2 hours of me calling and checked everything out. The issue was just humidity and considering it is peak summer in Texas, this makes sense. I appreciate this companies honesty, reasonable prices, and their quickness in getting an issue resolved during this time of year. It is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be sticking with this company for future issues and recommending them to anyone who needs assistance with their HVAV system.
