  I had a problem with my dryer. I had a quick response for service. Randy came and fixed my dryer and was very professional. I fell the price was reasonable and I definitely would recommend Bob Zelano appliance for repairs of any appliances. I am really happy I called this business.

  Excellent. Randy returned my phone call the same day. Even though I missed his call, he called again the following day to touch base. Came out in super quick time and had my machine fixed up in about 30 minutes. Very pleased with the service and cost. Highly recommend.

  I called Zelano Appliance Repair for an error code on my washer - was very detailed with the information on the appointment call. I had an appointment for the next day. No one calls or shows for 2 hours after the appointment time. I call and leave 2 messages. I get a call back eventually and Bob comes out - I was happy to be able to have the call completed. He raises a tube and says that should fix it - no research on what the error code means, etc. The error code appears again 2 days later. I call back and get another person who seems to be annoyed to take my call. I give him the error code and after he asks me to get the manual to see what the code means, I read to him from the LG website, what LG recommends as the fix. He says he'll come tomorrow to get the part info. I have something pop up with my kids and won't be able to be there. I call their service and leave them a detailed message, offering to give the model number of my washer so the part can be ordered. The technician never gets the message. Everything has been a mess since the beginning. Nothing is fixed and I'm out $159 for a 45 minute service call where nothing was fixed.
