  Absolutely professional and knowledge service. We recently spent shy of 23k on two house units with another installer who screwed up the install so bad that we had to find another company to rectify the problems. Thank goodness we found Woodalls. They provided a very knowledgeable technician; Jason, who was meticulous and actually read the manual to make sure that our system was up to spec. Fabulous service and one we will use from this point on.

  Shawn Cox was on call the evening my AC unit drain line backed up and began having some water drain onto my floor area. Mr Cox was extremely helpful in repairing the problem. He took the time to explain what he would need to do, got it done and cleaned everything up. He also explained He was very professional and extremely polite. I am very thankful Bob Woodall AC Care Systems has such a highly qualified HVAC technician as Mr Shawn Cox.

  From the initial call to the completed repair. The employees I interacted with were polite, professional , and well informed. Thank you Pam, Thank you Cody. The entire repair was completed in less than two hours after I called. I signed up for their maintenance program and was able to save on the cost of the service call as well as the cost of the repair parts. I highly recommend Call Bob! IMO you will not be disappointed. After all they have been in business for over 50 years.
