  Do not use this company unless you want to be charged way more for time actually spent repairing your system then what you actually received. Parts that are used will cost you substantially for what they are actually sold for on a wholesale or retail level. And the office person answering the phone, needs a long lesson on Customer Service. Never seen a business where you get threatened with the collection agency and then getting hung up on because you questioned their billing procedures. Word of mouth spreads quickly and I will definitely be letting others know who NOT to use for repairs and service.

  The technician seemed to know exactly what the problem was and within 30 minutes had my furnace up and running again. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future services.

  This company has worked on the church property on multiple occasions; both heating and plumbing. The technicians have always exemplified knowledgable and friendly service. Their home office has always been easy to work with and billing has always been made simple. We plan to continue to use them for future needs and also would recommend them to others.
