What can I say! After hearing from multiple companies that I would have to take out a second mortgage just to get my AC and furnace replaced BNR heating and air conditioning came out for free to give me a estimate and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. Now I have brand new stuff and my ac is working and I'm not worried about my furnace for the winter Thanks guys!!

Chris from BNR came out to give me an estimate on a full system replacement on my new home. He was very quick and efficient, and it was a much lower cost than the other 2 company's I had come out to give me an estimate. I ended up going with BNR and requested Chris and he delivered well beyond expectations. I got my new equipment at a very low cost. If you're looking for quick affordable service (which is hard to find right now in the valley) give BNR a call.

I contacted Nathan three different times and every time he was super friendly and encouraging that he would come take a look at my ductless system. However, when it came time for him to show up I guess he just decided he didn’t want to. The first time was because a job ran late, which is understandable. I told him we could reschedule so we agreed on a later date and he said he put it in his calendar. But on that day, when I left work early to meet him at my house, he was a no show. I called him and he apologized profusely and said his phone lost the appointment, so we figured out another date for him to look at the system. Once again, I left work a few hours early to meet him and Nathan decide not to show up or even call to say he wasn’t going to show up. I texted him twice and called him and now I guess I’m being ghosted by an hvac guy because this was about a month ago and I haven’t received a phone call or text or anything. This is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly rude, and working in the hvac industry myself (dealing with hvac contractors on a daily basis) I have never encountered this lack of professionalism before.
