This is a disappointing review. Last year (February, 2021), I contacted Bluewater Plumbing to address a leak in my kitchen sink and a slow draining bathtub. David, the individual who completed the job, did outstanding work and I was so enthused that I wrote up an excellent review for the company. This year, I called Bluewater Plumbing again in March, 2022 to address a bathroom radiator leak. An answering service picked up my call. I was forwarded to a new manager who supplied me with a new email address for me to forward a copy of the requisite COI to be submitted to my building management. I followed suit and also sent a text with a photo of the damage. I did receive the COI but was baffled by the length of time and the mix-up in setting up a date for service. I was told I’d receive a call. It didn’t come. I called again and was told that I would be called. Eventually, I did receive a service date. According to the invoice and the report I received from the individual who received them at the apartment, two servicemen showed up. It definitely was not David the 2021 plumber. The final review was that the leak had been temporarily plugged up but that a new radiator was needed to permanently solve the issue. However, I received a message from the apartment tenant that the radiator was hissing and that there were now two leaks permeating from the unit. I sent the videos to Bluewater Plumbing and received a reply that the fix was temporary and the leak could re-occur at any time. I am not satisfied with this new service and will seek another company to insure I get a competent resolution.

I called for a major leak from my toilet and the service was outstanding from my conversation with Nicole to the speed and professionalism displayed by Dave when he came to my home. No surprise fees and everything was explained. I highly recommend Bluewater and would definitely use them again for any of the services they provide.

Gas Line repair. Bluewater is the best. NYC is sending agency's to all residences to inspect homes. My nightmare was Nat Grid said I had a gas leak, it was probably gas residual from gas meter room being closer for months. Even though they found no actual leak they Shut me off anyway and I had to call a plumber. Luckily I found Bluewater. They gave me an estimate I thought was high but when I researched it I found everyone else not only wanted more but they wanted all payment upfront. Were talking about 4 to 5 grand. The biggest expense is the expediter. Bluewater gives you 3 spread apart payments which is very fair and helpful. Jimel the plumber was great, very professional and clean. He ran a new gas line parallel to the old pipe and piped it into the boiler and water heater. He met with DOB and took care of addons the DOB wanted. In the end between Plumber, Asbestos report, expediter, DOB, add on's and GAS company turn on. I dropped almost 6 grand. No bath or heat for a month. Steven, Nicole, Roger and the rest of Bluewater team will navigate and expedite everything there hands are tied when it comes to DOB. But they followed through and took care of us. Thanks Bluewater.
