I had a oil tank installation and filter a year ago. Needed filter placement adjustment. In total, excellent response and good work. Extremely cordial and professional manner on the part of the technicians. The technicians know what they need to do and they get it done. I had a few emergency calls and the service response was very fast and had excellent assistance that solved my problem. They answered my questions and provided me with information that educated me on various aspects of my heating system.. much appreciated.. Thank you very much.

Due to our former fuel carrier closing, we were forced to find an alternate maintenance and fuel oil source. Research showed significant lower prices that was initially a draw. Very professional and easy to contact. We remained customers even when our former carrier called to let us know they had reopened under new management. Love the ease of contact- we have fuel oil as secondary heat source so we opted for on demand- and often provide coupon codes for additional discounts.

I have been getting oil from here for about 6 to 8 months with no issues at all. Then we call today to schedule another delivery and the so called customer service person on the phone was the rudest person I have ever talked to! All my wife wanted was to set up a delivery like I have every other time. Then I call back to speak with a supervisor about it and I had to wait 40 minutes on hold to wait for the manager to get done with her meeting because that’s more important than helping a customer! If I could give this 0 stars I would!!!!!!
