Maxwell came out in between jobs to do a quick estimate for replacing our broken furnace. He arrived right on time, was incredibly nice and professional, and did something totally unexpected: he fixed our furnace so we have heat while we're waiting for the new one! BlueLine was the second company to come out and do an estimate. I previously thought the other company had good customer service, but Maxwell totally went above and beyond. To top it off, Maxwell he helped us desensitize our nervous barking puppy by being calm and chill while she barked her head off. He even let her take a treat from his hand, despite all of her barking and defensive behavior. It makes choosing the company I want to do the replacement much easier.

I had BlueLine out to take a look at my failing heat pump. I called three companies to come out and they were able to come out a week earlier than all the other companies. They diagnosed correctly (verified by other estimates) and gave me a no BS recommendation. I had another tech come out and they promised they could fix it without doing a replacement, and although I was skeptical, I gave them the opportunity to try since it would save me a bundle. They came out once, them said they forgot a tool after tinkering around, then ghosted me (ignored calls, hung up on my if they accidentally answered, never returned calls/texts). I panicked as I didn't want a baby coming home in a home without reliable heat in the winter time. I called BlueLine back and they squeezed me in to replace my outdoor heat pump and the in-line evaporator coils in my garage. We went into labor the day before they were coming, so I called and notified them that I wasn't going to be there, and it would be our friend babysitting our toddler, and they assured me they would get it taken care of for me. Our babysitter told us they were polite, quiet, and fast, only needing to come inside twice to access the thermostat, and did so in masks. We weren't able to get home until late that day so I asked my father-in-law if he could go and meet them and they were nice enough to wait for him and give him the rundown on the whole system and gave him all the literature for us. I was able to bring my newborn home to a climate controlled house that evening. Anxiety gone. They saved me a LOT of money, didn't try and upsell me for something I didn't need or wouldn't provide a return on my investment, and showed up when they said they would. They were awesome, and cleaned everything up nicely, and were very professional. As somebody who works in construction and deals with subcontractors, I can tell you that these guys will be called whenever I need their services, and I won't waste time with the other guys.

I had blueline HVAC install a complete home heating and venting system. New heat pump , new electric heater secondary , new ducts and vents for my 1930 house . The service was completed behind scheduled ,but that is normal and should be expected from contractors. The problems started with the heat pump, the pump was making a hard clunk sound whenever the heat pump turned on , I questioned the noises and the install crew stated it was normal. After moving into the house we started having to call blueline HVAC to come fix the problems. 1)no access pan for a air filter. 2)the insulation from the attic started blowing throu the second floor ceiling vents, it took 8 months to come complete what took the technician 15 minutes to repair. 3)I called in for the first maintenance to the heat pump the service tech ( not involved in original installation ) stated the heat pump was operating out of normal ranges , and that should install a hard start modulator to protect the system. I agree for him to order the part and install it. I did not hear anything from blueline HVAC to install the part . then 3 months later the heat pump stopped working, the technician came back and stated the parts are under warranty but the labor would cost $1600 , I agree it took a month for parts to arrive, After the in repair was completed I thought the problems were over . 3 three week stopped working again , the technician came back made a repair for free , now a month later the heat pump stopped working again. I called it in again and Blueline stated it is out of warranty ,.
