Loved our experienced with Blue Ridge. Stephen did a great job on instillation and was professional and considerate. They finished ahead of schedule and were priced better than a few quotes I received. We  enjoyed every interaction including the initial estimate done with Chris who took the time to explain everything in detail. Philip, the coordinator, was also extremely kind, easy to work with and a great communicator. I would highly recommend their services!

I just had an issue with my HVAC system not turning on and within 2 hours of contacting Blue Ridge they had my system back working again! The other company that originally installed my system less than 2 years ago had told me that they couldn’t get someone out to fix it until 3 days from now! Thanks to Ben & Hal for a quick response! We called Blue Ridge when our usual service company was not available for an issue with our Nest thermostat.  They scheduled us the next day and Chris showed up promptly for our appointment.  I was very pleased with his level of knowledge and experience.  He solved the issue quickly and performed an inspection of our units.  He advised me of issues he found and recommended having the units serviced to prevent future issues but he was never pushy or high pressure.  The price for the service call was very reasonable.  I also really appreciated how kind he was to my children.  He answered all their questions and engaged them in "helping" him which is not easy to do with a three and four year old.  We will definitely use Blue Ridge for our future HVAC needs.

As we all know HVAC repair/installation can be a scary endeavor.  Its hard to tell who you can trust, whether it will be done right, and if you are getting a good price.  All of these issues were alleviated with Blue Ridge Heating and Air.  They were honest, good communicators, a great value and everyone who worked in our home could be trusted.  Everything happened as they said it would and - no surprises (!) and they were professional.  They definitely went the extra mile in cleaning up and being courteous.   Their web portals and pricing were easy to use and clear.  We had an entire upstairs unit switched out, along with new duct work.  It was a big job and they handled it with ease.  I would not hesitate at all to recommend them wholeheartedly.

So impressed!  We had mold in a portion of our ductwork and Kris came in to evaluate the problem and recommended a whole home air purification system.  Not only was the appointment set up in an extremely timely fashion but Kris was able to fix the problem the same day by installing the purification system!  I highly recommend Blue Ridge Heating & Air!

Excellent service from start to finish. Spent the time to formulate a plan for install. Provided me with thorough information regarding the products they use. Had multiple staff and foremen on site daily during the install to make sure everything was running smoothly and being installed correctly. I trust that they did a good job.
