I have been having issues with my furnace this winter and Blue Ox was able to come out and take a look! Brian was early for the appointment, which was great for me and very friendly. He clarified what he was doing to the furnace and explained the issue in a way I could understand. He was also direct about cost and supplies. And my furnace is working better too! Thank you so much for your hard work!

I'm writing this review of Jordan and the SALES side of the business since we haven't had anything installed yet. Jordan was extremely nice, very thorough, and just made the whole experience of buying a furnace/ac comfortable and easy. I am in sales myself and hold a higher standard and Jordan from Blue Ox exceeded that. Great job! We DID end up purchasing so excited to get a new AC and furnace! UPDATE...we had the furnace and AC installed and everyone was extremely polite and professional and best of all, we have an awesome new furnace!

We had an appt today with Don from Blue Ox. He was truly exceptional. He took so much time trying to help us figure out how to best make changes in an old house and install AC. He was professional, thorough and patient with our many questions. He also seemed genuinely interested in doing things in the most cost effective manner. He gave us multiple AC options and explained everything. They seem to have a great warranty and satisfaction program that is included with all of their work. We are looking forward to working with him for our home improvement project. Thanks Don!
