We used Blue Valley once to service our water heater and called back 6 months later to replace it (it was 17 years old). At the time of service, they told us we would need a new one soon but repaired it enough to give us more time. They were more responsive, more personable and about $400 cheaper than Lowes. This felt more like a boutique small business service that we would’ve expected to pay more for than a big box store. We will continue to use them as both our interactions with them have been outstanding.

Blue Mountain are a rarity. They are polite, call back, confirm appointments, show up on time, did amazing fast work on my furnace installation and cleaned up after themselves. You can tell they care about their customers and their work. I wish they were the standard all businesses went by.

Contact with the scheduler was pleasant and efficient. I received a reminder call from her, and the repairman called ahead as well. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He worked efficiently, answered all my questions, and cleaned up before leaving. He texted later to be sure that his repair had worked. I recommend Blue Mountain.
