  Both techs were very helpful throughout the whole process and were happy to answer any questions I had. I expected I was going to have to pay a lot to get any issues fixed but after they inspected our house they found I only needed to spend a fraction to get everything up to code. I ended up buying a membership with them that covers me for a year and gave me a bunch of extra perks, definitely will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of their service.

  I was so happy with the gentlemen that installed the new air conditioner. They did a very professional job. Any questions that I asked were thoroughly answered. My air conditioner, 15 years old, stopped running. A technician was at my house within a couple of hours and had it running. I was surprised he was able to get it going. I would highly recommend Blue Mountain Heating And Cooling INC.

  Our heater died on the coldest day of the year and a Sunday to boot. At 9:00pm I called Focus and received a call back from one of the owners within 25 minutes. After a brief discussion of my system he was able to diagnose the probable repair, AND set up an appointment to have his staff here the next morning. The entire team are professional, knowledgeable and treat their customers like family. Now stop reading this review and call them knowing you made the right choice.
