My furnace was not working. My wife was not happy. My kids were freezing. You guys get the picture. I had an 8am appointment and Joey Lewis was right on time. It wasn't a Comcast "We'll be there between the hours of 9am and noon." He was professional and respectful, even wore the blue booty shoe covers while he walked through my house. After going through some diagnostics, Joey isolated the problem. He replaced a very old surface ignitor and also found a tripped limit. After doing some additional testing, he determined the circuit board failed due to age. Joey had to pick the circuit board from a supplier then promptly returned later in the afternoon to install it. Everything seemed to be running well until Joey discovered a blow capacitor. He fixed that too. My house is now pumping heat again. Granted my unit is very old, Joey got things up and running again. I'll most likely have to replace everything in the next few years, which I will 100% call on Lewis Mechanical. My furnace is working. My wife is happy. My kids are toasty. Thanks Joey and Lewis Mechanical!

This is a Mom & Pops family business. We own a rental property 70 miles away. The office is professional with billing and appointment. Joe talked to me personally twice, and again from on-site after operation of the new furnace with recommendations. I'd rather let them earn my money for their hard-work than go to a big company. We initially talked to them about making our existing heating/AC system dual zoned. But it became clear from our discussions that the best option was to install a new, quiet, "intelligent" American Standard system that we could make dual-zoned (they also made some modifications to the duct work). We've had the new system running for about three months now and just love it -- it's quiet, efficient, and keeps the house wonderfully comfortable. Joe and Joey were great to work with too!
