  I had a new furnace installed on 3/10/2022. All of Blue Frost's employee's Ed (Sales Person), Nick & Neal (Installers) were fantastic through the whole process. I went with Blue Frost after receiving an evaluation and quote from another company. I ended up going with BF as I felt more comfortable trusting their level of service and installation more than the other company. BF was great during the sales process. Ed was not pushy, told us what we needed and why we needed it, and was straight to the point no B.S. The installation of the furnace was on another level of service. Nick and Neil did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to install all aspects very cleanly and professionally. The system runs great and looks great. Nick and Neil even tidied up the A.C. drain line to keep it off the floor for me. This was small but a great feature that I will appreciate every time I go in our basement. BF was a great experience and I will be going back to them when we need a new A.C.

  I had Blue Frost install furnace and a/c units. From the initial estimate to the install everyone was very professional, courteous, on time and a pleasure to work with. From Jake who gave me a thorough explanation of the system(s) and estimates on 4 options to choose from to Jeff and Chris the installers I could not have been more pleased. They were easy to get a hold of and sent reminders of install day and time that included the name and a picture of the installer (which was very much appreciated). I would also like to give a shout out to Tracy in the office and to Amy who arranged getting the permit for the job. Thank you all very much!!

  We recently had Blue Frost out to install an entirely new heating/AC system due to continuous issues with the system at our new home. Our entire experience with Blue Frost was amazing. From the ease of scheduling to the professionalism, punctuality and cleanliness of the technicians - we have been so happy with Blue Frost. I’d like to give a special shout out to Kevin and Larry as they truly treated our home like their own. We were so impressed with their leadership, knowledge and skill. Would absolutely recommend Blue Frost!
