  Blount gets the highest recommendation I can offer. Sure they check the main boxes: on time, polite, professional. But, they just went so far beyond that. I've worked with all kinds of contractors professionally and personally, and it's usually okay work, sometimes poor work, and sometimes they leave the place in worse shape. Every once in awhile I hire someone that does everything right, is a pleasure to work with, cleans up after themselves, and does that little extra that means so much. Blount is one of those places. They fit me in to an insanely busy schedule, determined the problem and didn't try to pressure or upsell me, looked into all of my warranties for me and found coverage, and came back to fix my HVAC quickly and without any issue. I worked with Patrick and Tanner and both were great. I'll use them exclusively from now on for all of my properties and always recommend them, they're a stellar example of the home-town WI small business that just does things right.

  I have used Blount Heating & Air Conditioning on two occasions (once for an AC & once for a 30 year old furnace) over the past few years. Both times, the company has performed above and beyond. Michael was the technician both times and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will only use Blount in the future and recommend that you do the same!

  We woke up noticing our furnace did not want to turn on. Called and left a message which they returned our call and addressed our problem. They were able to come out in the early afternoon, but it ended up Michael was able to stop by earlier than that to help us out. As I was not home, Michael addressed the problem and was kind enough to let my father observe as he wanted to report to me what the exact problem was. He gave suggestions on things to watch for in the future.
