  We just had 2 Carrier ductless split air conditioners installed by Bloomfield Cooling, Heating and Electric in Little Falls.My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of this company from start to finish. Our salesman, Tom Swarts, was very knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant to work with. He even stopped by a few times to make sure the installation went smoothly, which it most certainly did! Electricians Andrew, Anthony and the rest of the crew knew exactly what needed to be done, and expertly began their work as soon as they arrived at 8 AM. Their work ethic, knowledge and evident expertise made my husband and I feel very confident that this installation would be perfect, and that it was! And they even clean up after their work was completed. The ductless air conditioners are beautiful, and we’re so happy we made the decision to do this. Thank you so much Tom, Andrew, Anthony and crew for taking such good care of us with your competence and skill!

  My name is Randy Technician (Aaron) and Customer Service Representative (Diane) were awesome. Being a Customer Service Representative myself for many years i really appreciated Diane for working with me to get the technician to my house earlier so that i would be able to drive my daughter to work. Aaron was kind, considerate and meticulous. I appreciate a technician who pays attention to the particulars and does not leave any stone unturned when it comes to his work. I know that with the maintenance done on my boiler i could rest assured that all is well with my equipment. I asked some questions and I got great answers. All in all, I appreciate the attentiveness that these two individuals gave to me in my time of need. These are the kind of people you need when you want a business and or company to excel. This is what makes a client call back year after year. Thank You for the special attention you gave to me.   We called Bloomfield Cooling, Heating, & Electric, Inc for an emergency with our heater. Our fan was making a crazy buzzing sound and would not spin. And of course, it was very cold and it was on Friday evening. Richard came out early the next day and diagnosed the issue. We wound up needing a new fan which would have normally taken a long time to order, not taking into consideration the shortage and delays from COVID. Bloomfield Cooling, Heating, & Electric, Inc. was able to source the fan and have it installed in just a few days. The install was quick and they took the extra step to find out for us that our system is still under warranty which helped with the cost. Bloomfield Cooling, Heating, & Electric, Inc and Richard went above and beyond to help our family. The ladies in the office were also a wonderful help in the scheduling process. Thank you everyone.
