I purchased solar and a new ac unit in the summer of 2020, the Bland salesman promised that with my new energy efficient ac unit I would have enough solar to add a future pool, and an electric charging station in my house but somehow I get my bill from PG&E and I am paying a 1K true up bill. Try to call bland to get answers salesman was transferred to another division and cant get anyone to help. Called for the GM and no luck, on top of that they broke 3 tiles on my roof and have yet to repair. Save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere for solar and ac.

This company doesn't have any respect for neighbours around their projects. They were doing an install on my next door neighbour's house. They asked if they could briefly lean a solar panel against a tree in my yard. Okay, thanks for asking. Well they took my okay as use my property however you wish. Next thing I know, they have taken over my side yard, driveway and commandeered my trash cans, and decided my property is their personal ashtray. I'm not sure why they couldn't set everything up in the yard/driveway of the house they were working on or their trash cans. It was really rude and intrusive, not a good look for the company.

Kris with Bland Solar met with me at my house back in early September personally apologized for the service issues that I was having with my system. He reviewed those system issues, and committed that Bland Solar would get any problems fully resolved. After installing additional equipment to eliminate line noise interference they confirmed that I did have a number of defective solar panels and worked on getting those all replaced. After replacement panels were were installed, my system is now running at full production capacity. I still have a few microinverters that are still problematic and they are working directly with the manufacturer to get those repaired. Given the responsiveness these past few weeks, I am confident this issue will get resolved soon. It sounds like the initial delays that I experienced were due to some staff turn-over issues, but they have quickly stepped up and did a fabulous job with my service needs! Thank you Kris, Lauren and the Bland team for your help on my system issues!
