I'm really pleased and impressed with the way this project was done. The whole team, Travis, Carlos, Daniel and some guy named "Urgency List" were top-notched professionals and respectful of our wishes through the whole project. Started on Monday and were done on Tuesday!

I paid these folks $500 to clean 5 out ducts, and one in duct. They spent all of 30 minutes, and there is no difference. For $500, one would think they'd take the time to be thorough, but these guys seemed to be in a hurry to go home. I do not recommend Blaine Inc.

Someone from Blaine's Aire Serv - usually Travis - comes twice a year for HVAC maintenance and cleaning as needed: in the fall for the heating unit and in the spring for the AC unit. I have a dual thermostat system for this two-story house, and a just-barely-large-enough AC that they have kept running like a champ. Whoever comes is always prompt, professional, and genuinely nice. The cost is reasonable, and they do not try to sell me services or equipment I do not need (yet?). I couldn't be happier. Five stars.
