  Robert is always so professional and courteous. Always prompt, they squeezed me in even with full schedule due to rising temperatures lately. Always fast accurate service and never try to sell me things I don’t actually need. I Recommend Black Mountain Air to all my friends!!!

  From start to finish the experience was great. Very responsive. Customer service was amazing. The team was polite and respectful. They were on time and very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave any mess. I would definitely recommend Black Mountain Air.

  We called Black Mountain Air for a quote because we had done business with them previously and felt they were honest. We coordinated our A/C and Heating installation through Todd who was very knowledgable. While working with Michael, Michael, Chris and Yannick, they were very respectful and professional in installing three new air conditioners and furnaces. Their work was exceptional as well as the cleanup afterward. They addressed all of the concerns that we had. Black Mountain Air is a very organized and efficient company to deal with. Lou Ramirez
