  No non-sense, honest, affordable personable, and reliable. They take the time to explain what you need to know and answer your questions when you have them. They show up on time and are pro-active in making sure you are well taken care of. I purchased an annual maintenance plan and have been really happy with that. I also had them install a smart thermostat and I am thrilled with that as well. We've used them for several years now.

  The Service Tech showed up sooner than appointment time, which was a big plus for me. He did a thorough check of the AC and gave it a clean bill of health. I have always trusted BJ Heating & Cooling to take care of my Furnace and Air Conditioner. Service Tech was also very courteous and friendly. Another big positive.

  Cannot say enough good about our serviceman Jayson Bell. He was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining how our system worked and what he would be doing during the service / cleaning appointment. He gave us tips on maintenance in between appointments and offered information on other available services to extend the life of our unit. You could definitely tell that he takes pride in his job! Highly recommend!!
