My home warranty service scheduled this company. Adam was my technician. He was very professional, very pleasant and thorough. He had my AC up and running in no time and taught me a few things about maintenance to look out for. I would not hesitate to recommend Biven's Heating & Air. I am a happy customer.

Bivens Heating & Air Conditioning was assigned by our home warranty company to come check out a duct issue. Adam said he would have to find out if the needed repairs would be covered. I paid him the $100 service fee. This morning I called Adam to ask for an update, and he told me "of course" the warranty would not cover the repairs. I called the warranty company, and they told me Adam had never put in a report with them. The warranty company's customer service agent's exact words were "This company has not been responsive for 10 days already," and the agent scheduled another company to come take a look at our problem. I called Adam back to ask him what was up with the home warranty company telling me he had not reported to them, and he said, "That ain't right." I asked Adam for the $100 service fee back because all he did was come over, look at the duct, and collect the check without reporting to the home warranty company afterwards. He told me, "You need to chill out. You need to take a chill pill buddy." Then he said, "You ain't getting no 100 dollars back," before he hung up on me.

Adam came out and found the problem with our unit, was a nice guy. But on the office end they do not communicate with customers, and after complaining about lack of communication after 11 days with no contact, my job was canceled and I was told I had to find another solution. Blamed our home warranty company as the worst in the industry.
