  Professional, prompt and fairly priced. I called for a problem in the afternoon, he diagnosed the issue over the phone, and came the next day. Replaced the part and charged me for the part and labor both of which I felt was fair. In contrast, I had called a larger more well known business, got a receptionist, who immediately tried to tell me that my whole system needed replacement (over 6k -12k) and wanted me to wait days for a consult. BOTTOM LINE: Binks was fair, honest and prompt for me. A++ will do business again should the need arise.
