If I have a problem or need to schedule routine maintenance It’s fairly easy and in return with fast and great service. Bill spade is a great local business I will continue to support .   Reached out to this company because they were listed as an authorized dealer for the brand of equipment (Rheem) I had at my home. What a pleasant customer service experience it turned out to be! The service techs were knowledgable and thorough and the lady in customer service/scheduling was a veritable breath of fresh air. I felt like a valued customer and would readily recommend them to my family and friends. They were friendly, transparent, showed up on time and did good quality work. I appreciate their professionalism !
